Thursday -
$15.00 - reTile
$36.63 - CVS
$104.39 - Meijer
Total = $165.02
I cannot scream loud enough how much I love my Tile.
I'm constantly loosing my keys in jackets, the darkest deepest corner of my purse, next to the 25 pens that I've pilfered from work. So being able to have the Tile with my phone - best thing ev-ah!
Especially those blurry, hungover Friday mornings.
Here's the site. Go buy one or eight... you'll love it!
I kinda want to buy the skins too... there's the cow print one that I'm really digging.
Find a reason to forgive... find a reason to live...
Tuesdays Total - $32.64
Speedway - $30 ($12.15 for treats and 17.85 in gas )
Aco - $2.64 (electrical tape
I've got that Speedy Rewards thing. It was a pretty good deal when I was grabbing coffee every morning and blowing through $20 - 30 per week but now that I'm committed to using my Keuring until it dies I don't think I'll be racking up points as quickly as I used to. But it's a good program. Scored a $50 gift certificate to Lowe's and another $50 Visa card. I know this shit isn't free and it's buried in the price of those god awful roller grill quesa- what the fucks that I love so much. But $100 in free shit isn't bad.
Stopped off Aco to grab some electrical tape for my diy for cheap bathroom electrical problem that in the end will probably cost me a few grand to fix correctly... some day... down the line...
Was able to hit up my neighbor for help changing out the top on my Jeep. Something that should have been done a month or so ago but I was waiting for the right guy to come along to lend a hand. I'm not holding my breath on that one anymore. I should have ended things a bit more gentle but I wanted to keep things normal-ish... no more bizarro three way dates or late night drop ins but it's better this way. I wanted more... I wanted to be a part of something. I know I would never make this guys top 5 but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't even make top 10. I could've asked. But why make it weird.
Wednesday - zero spending.
Woke up Wednesday morning to one of those Facebook notifications"what were you doing x amount of years ago" I untagged myself from it. Far too many hard memories with that one person. Some doors need to stay closed. I think I forgave him. I know I did the first few times he apologized. Then he apologized another dozen times. The more he apologized the more used and stupid I felt. Any goodwill kinda got washed away. I dunno. Life, right ?
I didn't drink to forget though. I didn't do any online retail therapy. I just sat on my futon and watched the breaking news on that shooting in California. That couple had a six month old daughter. How could they do that to her? It's shitty weird world we live in when you put your own happiness or misery in front of the well being of your own kids.

in a beautiful whirl...
Day Four - No Spending.
This is almost worse then alcohol withdrawal.
I have a pretty vivid imagination.
Normally my mind races to all sorts of extreme interpersonal situations but right now I've got whole scenarios dreaming about spending money
My dirty little fantasy today I spent $10 (Mexican Hot Chocolate & a pack of Camel Lights)
It's not that it was just ten bucks but it was for a super yummy drink and cigarettes. Both totally useless and so unhealthy.
I have a multitude of self loathing issues.
Anyway.
I've already planned out my day tomorrow.
It involves spending money. I think I got a little tingle in my potty.
I need fuel.
My weekly commute is about 15 miles - total.
I think the last time I filled up was about a month ago.
So gas is like one of those super luxury items.
I've also decided that I will go for the biopsy.
It's not like my body is being used for anything else right now.
This means I have to visit a piercing store or two until I can find the right pair of spacers .... that will cost a little.
I think four days is my record.
I'm kinda proud of it.
